At MyTeru, we respect your privacy and your right to delete your account and personal information.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an email to hello.myteru@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject:
    Account Deletion Request
  3. Include the following information:
    • Full Name
    • Registered Mobile Number
    • Registered Email Address (if available)
    • Reason for deletion (optional)

What Happens After Your Request?

  • We verify your identity to protect your account.
  • Your request is reviewed by our support team.
  • Once verified, your account will be permanently deleted.
  • Most requests are processed within 7 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

  • Profile information
  • Mobile number
  • Email address (if provided)
  • Membership information
  • Loyalty and reward records associated with your account
  • Other personal information associated with your account

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable law, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce our agreements, or comply with legal obligations.
